SVFC Preparing to File to Become Fully Reporting

The Company continues to work to bring the stock back to fully reporting status with the SEC. When asked on time frame regarding filings, South Street Media, the public relations firm for SVFC said, "The Company is currently in the process of finalizing their audited financials. Obviously due to nature of being fully audited these processes can take some time. But we can confirm things are moving ahead quickly, and the company could potentially have their 10K annual report filed as early as possibly this weekend. A week or so after that the final 10Q should be filed, and the company anticipates regaining fully reporting status under the Securities Act of 1934."
