If DD and "company" used investment money for their personal benefit then yep it's jail time. It takes a lawsuit which then will prove facts. You can bet a lawsuit will get started due to press release and "loans" to ESPI. Hopefully money was used properly but doubt it. Watch American Greed, it happens...
