You are missing this blurb from March 20th... "RTXB recently signed letter of intent to purchase the first restaurant under the commitment letter." It was not just a commitment for funding but they actually signed a LOI in March. I understand when there is a buyout that the company doesn't want their name published. They stated they had an LOI for a restaurant in March! Couldn't care less what company it is. They are only in DFW. People talk about a real chain... We are talking about the possibility of picking a few Mom and Pop stores. That is not a chain
