Sweetheart, most traders BUY ON THE BID DURING quiet periods...it's NORMAL. Ask anyone...PPS is determined by much much more than bidders.

Ruin every board by saying that. When a stock is in a rest mode, there is NO NEED to hurry in so traders bid sit.

It's normal and it is attractive to MOST traders.
