DR Foley posts on this board correcting anyone who posts wrong info about NTEK (like he did a few minutes ago in response to the QS services for NTEK). Hopefully he can address the allegations of the suit against him by the Feds, so we can lay this matter to rest. How about it DavidRFolley99? Shouldn't be too hard to do?

You said He is awaiting Sentencing. Are you sure that there was not a newer document or this was not settled.
