Does that mean trade toxic for toxic?
Or does that mean no more CDs?
I haven't see any details, has anybody?
If it's more of the same then CRGO's dead.

"Like any growth company, in order to accomplish our business plans we need to raise funds for our operations. Therefore, we have just finalized a funding transaction which will consolidate our previous funding and provide us with some short-term funds for working capital requirements."
