It's called manipulation, it's been going on for a while, no point in even talking about the pps day to day here try month to month and it will add up better because of the manipulation. Talking PPS day to day for this makes no sense because it's not a low float and it's just being heavily manipulated at the moment and has lots of people holding until it's done or let up a bit, also lots of people will come in when news comes eventually.
