A marriage b/n Internal fixation and U.S. Orthopedics ( a company with a lot of external fixation devices)would be a perfect marriage. A company that has both internal and external fixation devices will be a winner. I don't know the legal procedure how a publicly traded company and a private company became one but I do know what it means to have both internal and and external fixation devices at the same place. As someone who works in the medical field I find it interesting. Any hospital or medical center would love to partner with this kind of company. well, its just my opinion.
