Toxic lenders like Southridge just get more shares. They never lose no matter how low the PPS goes, then they make a fortune when they sell their shorted and then discounted shares into any news.

When Southridge runs out of their 15.2 million BRND shares they will command more from Premier Brands who will need to authorize more shares to Southridge.

It's what they do because they can.
