Absolutely ZERO shares were UNregistered

Just look at the exhibits in today's 8-K filing, the registration documents are all there!

But yes two corresponding 8-Ks were not filed, which indicates a very poor job by the COO, who probably was busy playing golf with Daryl Strawberry.

That only should cost him his job.

But it changes nothing to the fundamentally good of SpongeTech. SpongeTech is not worth only 7 cents!

It's worth way more!

An OTC stock with millions revenue, and National advertising.
