Hi Unbias, I will do my best to offer my thoughts. As far as intrinsic value you are correct that the series A warrants really have no intrinsic value. Value of these will only occur if and when the price exceeds the current PPS and the holder is able to realize a gain that would then be above the 80% value. I other words the price would have to increase to the recent offering .15 plus the 20% to then be worth the .15. At that point the holder would then exercise their option. However I suspect that any holders would keep their shares until the price is well above that % value at which time they would be buying their new shares at below market PPS. My intrinsic evaluation was really related to current value based on beta scores more than anything. This is my analysis and may be incorrect. I don't claim to know it all. I was extremely encouraged by the insider buy though and think it lends credibility. You know the story Insiders buy because they anticipate the rise in PPS.

My bullishness is based on many factors but more specifically related to the algorithms I run and the result it shows. Sometimes I have looked at the chart and said why it is telling me to buy when there are no real indicators and the chart looks flat. My avg. success rate using this method is 83.7%. I have used this method for over two years and actually make a living just trading stocks. Please don't base you investments on my statements. DD is required by you so that you are making the decision. I am only offering my observations. The company has a long road ahead.

I will only state that IMO the trend is going the correct direction right now and the algorithms are still indicating uptrend. You and I both know how fast that could change.

Good luck.
