I don't know why you insist on going to the extreme on potential positive news.

It could be any number of items such as attending investor conferences or new individuals being added to the company's advisory board or an update on receiving grant(s) from MJFF, the NFL, or the defense department.

I don't think anyone believes that the company would withhold news of an orphan drug filing or a JV because of the chill orders being in effect. I think your observation was a major disconnect on your part from what was contained in posts indicating that Gerald may have less incentive to release positive news until the chill orders are listed.
