duties & requirements:

Draft and negotiate commercial, US Government and International tenders, RFI/RFQs, contracts and proposals;

Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, subcontracts and RFQs for third parties, subcontractors and distributors;

Apply advanced principles and concepts in relation to the government sector;

Understand federal procurement trends and remain current;

Strong knowledge of the contracting regulations of the federal government/FAR;
