DHSM - A number of folks are all reporting the same thing. Market makers not filling buys at the ask, and/or they are stalling fills for 15-30 minutes.

It is an electronic market and the orders should be filled immediately when a market maker is offering a lot at the ask.

There is a growing inventory problem for the short and distort.
