The Bank operates 27 full-service offices in the southwestern Virginia counties of Russell, Scott, Washington, Tazewell, Buchanan, Dickenson, Wise, Lee, Smyth, and Bland; Mercer County in southern West Virginia and the eastern Tennessee counties of Sullivan and Washington. The Company accepts deposits, makes consumer and commercial loans, issues drafts, and provides other services offered by a commercial bank, such as business and personal checking and savings accounts, walk-up tellers, drive-in windows, and around-the-clock automated teller machines (ATMs).
