What rumors in particular are you referring to?....BTW, if you're curious about the validity of a company, this sentence in their PR should serve as a warning to you. The more words it takes to say something, the less likely it is to mean anything.....

We pledge to strive to add more assets and increased revenue for the company to bring more value to the stock.....
