There is a difference. I have done as much DD on this company as can be done publicly. I finally got the chance to speak to someone. They are always very limited to what they can or can not answer but there are certain things I look for that are more in the way they are answered instead of the actual answer. This is much more effective in person obviously.

I still think this is a high risk investment but I am significantly more confidant in their understanding of the lack of attention to the investment side after speaking with them. Dramatically increasing revenues to line up with their reported increased distribution efforts will resolve the share price in the short term and reduce the impact of the convertible debt.

Luxe only saw the company relative to other brands and not from a Wall Street perspective. This came across as a pumping to the same degree he thought those of hs hammering on the financials and dilution as bashers.

We will see when the nhmbers come out if they line up.
