Based on my Friday (26) email (below) to the CEO, Ronnie Adams, I still expect that he will inform us a few days in advance of the SEC filings after he is assured by the Auditor that the filings are ready. That said, I suspect that the date of a July 31 filing will be missed. The SEC Auditor is the project-driver who has the responsibility to signoff that the filings are certified. Ronnie has worked through many difficult issues with the Auditor and wants to see the filings published as much as we do. Concerning the timing, I’m saddened, but respectful that the information will be beyond question. Let’s get past this point together and look forward to a profitable future. I’ll continue to stay in contact with the CEO.

They are finishing up. I can't announce when the filings will be because I am not positive of the date. But I can assure you it is coming to an end!!
