So why single out the one that has the largest gold bearing porphyries in a friendly jurisdiction that is close to a mill run by a major and is close to roads and electricity.

Great Properties!!!> No need to be buying more
Great locations > Location location ......

Negatives:
Poor management > Changes required
Too much paper > Roll back required
