Don't forget that when FNMA actually regains total control of the company and offerings.... they will most likely do a reverse split to increase the PPS. Of course value is retained... we just end up with fewer shares.

For example, Citi Corp did a 1 for 5 reverse split to put the stock back in a higher price range.
