Looky here! Suggest to me that the accumulation may have been sped up by the recent news and maybe the buyer is getting nervous that HJJ will rule sooner than later. In the chart you see a pattern where whomever is playing the game was buying on a planned time frame 3 months apart. Either somone else stepped in, the shorts got prematurely nervous or the buyer is stepping it up a notch.

This is accumulation in it's perfect sense. Buy the crap out of it let it settle down (maybe short it a little) till it hits support then bang do it all over again.
