The Canadian HRT executive stated during the BK/Agora meeting in Vancouver that unless there was (1) success on the Moosehead drill or that there is a (2) Farm-In from another company there would be no 4th well in this series. He further stated the drilling rig is leased for a minimum/maximum number of days. Once the minimum number of days is reached there is no obligation to keep the rig to the max days if properly timely notice is given. He stated if the decision is made to not drill the 4th well, timely notice will have to be given about the time that the Moosehead begins to be drilled.
