Looks like RS spooked the buyers. This is not the same as a RS being used to prop up a troubled company- they are coming out of the gate with a new share structure. doesnt sound like a big ceal to me. It must be a matter of asthetics not wanting their stock to be in the pennies per share. Also they could become available to institutional investors in the near future. I think Monday is going to be a really big day.
