Am I correct in assuming that the tier change from an OTC pink to an OTC pink limited tier is good news, but just barely? It doesn't seem like it is that big of a deal…or is it?

I may end up regretting it, but I bought into this stock when it was at .0035. I read all the stuff about the history of Dr. Hensley and thought that it sounded good, especially since the Dr. had a record of creating a successful product once before. I hope they actually have some real news soon. But when/if that happens, the stock price might go up a bit and not be such an easy on the wallet entry point.
