I sent an email to Mr. William Jeffy and Mr. Luo Harrison of the Liberian government, asking for them to verify the validity of the LINGS contract that Peterson filed with the SEC on 12-27-2012. If I hear nothing back by mid week I will call by phone and post my findings.
