I think he is getting financing as we speak. This buying/selling smells of prearranged purchases. Volume precedes price. Watch. I have no idea why Kim would warn people that good days are ahead. Just announce when we get there....unless you are selling shares and need to assure that good days are ahead. I think that is why the halt to the S1. Don't forget your purpose. If your purpose is to produce a product, sell shares and make it happen. Too many companies get diverted(for instance) from being an oil exploration company, or a cutting edge technology company that constantly needs to bring new functions etc, to your product. Don't get side tracked.

KBLB has proven core competencies. They are making MS, big Red, and making new fibers. Make that happen and the world will fall at your feet. I don't care who your IR is, or how long the inexperienced think it should take.....
