Why these two senators are in rush to wipe out F&F? I didn't see these two the senators in rush for a bill or bills that might break down these "too big to fail" banks who sold the toxic mortgages to F&F. Now, when F&F start to make money and win cases against these "too big to fail" banks, the senators find a way to silence F&F for ever. The copy cats Madoff are back through the senators' bill. The propaganda machine started weeks before the introduction of the bill, but none of the corporate news talked that much about the law suit and the senator Jack Reed bill. The bottom line, those who lost the case against F&F are better off to pay couple of millions to sponsor the senators bill than paying billion of dollars to F&F and its shareholders. One more question, why the F&F conservators lack the transparency regarding the payments from the cases won against these banks?
