From what I heard, in that March to May timeframe, they defaulted on their lease and were actually kicked off the property. But now it seems that they may have resolved whatever disagreement they had with the Davis clan and things seem to be moving forward. I think there is some truth as to what Lasermat is saying about the SEC investigating because they did tell some whoppers early on, but if the SEC does not step in, then this looks like a good bet now. All in my opinion.
