The downward spiral continues. Soon sub penny again. Quarterly will come out and we will all be disappointed. Contracts are good but poor management and no profits will not support a stock. Also you can be the best solar scientist in the world but that doesn't make you a good person to run a company. Usually scientists are horrible at running businesses and the hire non scientists to do that part. Of course this is all my opinion.
