Speaking of intent?

What I see talked about in so many posts are small tactical events and issues which have no bearing on the long term Strategic outcome of the incredibly complex and IMO one of the most EXTRAORDINARY STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANS EVER TO BE EXECUTED.

Let me explain in military terms....

Tactical. In the heat of the battle....where the plan is executed......plans are just that. PLANS which go to any which way but planned when contact is made. However with those plans there is always "Intent" or rather....."no matter what happens this is what I need you to do"......the plan was to go over the hill to the objective but satellite imagery did not pick up the impassable ten foot high hedgerows...but the intent was the objective so the platoon found another way, they went around. ....i.e......launch CanChew. Plan was six months earlier but CanChew still found a way. To harp on a late launch is to acknowledge that the mission was completed. Thank you.

Operational. The planners. They developed the plan and the mission taken from the Strategic Planners. They give it to the Tactical unit to carry out with their intent to get it done. CanChew was launched....the Operational Planners gave the Tactical Unit a mission which was obtainable and the mission was accomplished.

Strategic. The long term goals and future planning for the survival of the entity conducting the campaign.
Executives for MJNA have developed numerous courses of intent with many Operational Commanders and Tactical Units to carry out their strategic plan..........one of those plans is a long term STRATEGIC goal of dominating the EUROPEAN UNION (EU) with their patented CanChew delivery method.

(IMO I don't care if they produce it themselves or license it out for royalties.) As a socialistic entity the EU pays for most medical for its citizens and once CBD's become accepted you will see that the price for this gum is going to be just fine.

IMO having the patent for CanChew in the EU is comparable to having the patent for beer......think about it.........
