I'm not sure that it is Canouse selling.

Joe was owed quite a bit of money. So, at these prices, I would suppose it could be tens of millions of more shares.

BUT, I'd like to point something out that investors should consider.

Joe Canouse was touted as being the savior of Quasar by quite a few people. They said that he was great for the company. And under his leadership, Quasar did buy A-Cent Aviation. Quasar also gained control of NHSH. And Quasar applied for a SEVIS certification. Also, Quasar entered into some sort of LOI to merge or be merged with another company.

I bring this up because of the following reason.

If Joe Canouse thought that any of these things were going to bring value to his shares. I don't think he'd be selling those shares this cheap.

Joe Canouse is no fool and he's made a lot of money for himself through the years.

So, if Joe Canouse is the one who is selling shares as some of his followers have suggested, that can only mean one thing in my opinion.

It means that Quasar is going down. And Joe is getting whatever money out that he can before it totally fails.

At least that's the way that I see it.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
