I didn't quite understand the new report which came out today. Does this mean Intelco Corp and Gorski just bought the company, "International Wood corporation?" And more shares will be issued to both companies or what?

If million(s) more shares are issued, this would be the first sign of life after the reverse split. This thing can really move then.
