Actually with the amount of calls Walgreens has received since the PR, if it wasn't true Walgreens would have said something just to shut people up. Not to mention a company of that size simply has to make a phone call from a cubicle somewhere to the SEC or PR company to debunk it, but they haven't. After emails and phone calls from MDIN investors Walgreens has not denied it. It would make sense that they would at least say no we are not dealing with medGen.....
