269 S. Beverly Drive is a US Post Office. Not a Suite, not even a UPS or Mail Box ETC. It is a few minutes from Kagels Office.

You do realize that Beverly Hills High School butts up against the old Century City Hospital on Century Park East, only three blocks to 1801 CPE (Kagel).

And the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills practically butts up to Century Park East, and across the Street is 1801 CPE Kagel).

Maurice Spitz is a Malibuite, supposedly. So far I cannot find anyone in Malibu that has heard of him. Why not have a PO Box in Cross Creek in Malibu or the PO Box in Pt. Dume in Malibu so Maurice can check the mail without driving an hour to Beverly Hills to check the mail. Isn't Maurice the CEO? There is a mail box store on PCH in Malibu by PC Greens, there is a mailbox place in Calabasas, and a Post Office in Calabasas, Agoura, TO, Maurice and all these people in TO and Newbury Park need access to the mail. Why do they all have to drive over an hour to Beverly Hills to get the mail?

I guess Kagel is running the show and the others are non existent. Kagel just moved the address to deflect.
