Both Cyril and Theresa were upfront and honest
Was very impressed with Theresa and her handling of questions regarding delisting during the Toy Company days

The key part was they didn't hide from anything. They gave timeframes and were quite upfront on the process going forward.

Not without risk, but if they had nothing, it would be in the trips
