when asked about dilution effect of new funding, "there may be some dilution" Who do they think they are kidding?
"The company is not involved in the stock promotion" isn't that why they provided shares to BS in the first place , for promotions/consulting services? Again are they fooling anyone? No payment and no resolution to Sandia suit, did admit IP is at stake. Dog, Should be noted,, seems some of these investors have been stuck for a very long time!
