Year end tax selling could be contributing to the flatness. I realize your query is rhetorical - "all these sellers, they don't have confidence in the company." Point well taken by all and if I had shares at .002, I can't say that I wouldn't be taking some off the table.

It's probable those that are selling for tax purposes will be buying back at the beginning of January, a strategy that would allow a rightoff for 2005 and back in for investement in 2006.
