Don't you actually have it backwards? It's obviously a lot easier to convert a lesser amount of shares at a lower price than a higher amount of shares (a higher amount of shares to convert would just take way more time). Why would an A/S increase of trifold the amount in question (so 1.5B instead of just 750M) be easier to convert at a lower price such as .0003 to .0004?

It don't make no sense to me.
