Farkas has history of pump and dump scams. Watch out!!

Michael D. Farkas and two of his Delaware-registered companies, the Farkas Family Foundation and Atlas Capital Services, were sued a few years back in Miami-Dade Circuit Court for their alleged involvement in what the plaintiffs call a “pump and dump” investment scheme involving SkyWay Communications that cost the plaintiffs $7.4 million.
CCGI General Counsel represented Michael Farkas in that suit.
The SEC has looked into Farkas role in that matter.
