I trade using charts too, but people also need to remember news trumps charts(not only negative, but positive news too). FNMA is close to paying off their debt, there is the chance that the stock may just see a steady climb with small pullbacks if the public starts to feel more and more confident about Fannie's future. I'm just saying there is a lot to consider and the situation really needs to be evaluated daily.
