The recent appeal doc was filed b4 the recent patent decision, unless GOOG already knew the decision somehow. Assuming they didn't know, I'm wondering how the appeal filing might have differed markedly had they known, but maybe more wondering if the timing as mentioned hurt GOOG?

Thoughts?
