Thanks B9. To me it feels like they are specifically talking about Implant in that article, and it wouldn't surprise me if they were. Politics 101: Publicize that they have these grandiose plans to support small business in America and, lo and behold, shortly thereafter they give an enormous, multi-year, open-ended contract to a small American-based business. Meanwhile unbeknown to the public, the slimy politicians discovered Implant had THE breakthrough technology of the next decade and would be receiving huge contracts anyway, so why not turn it into their idea and success? JMHO.
