Thats all alot of fun but reality is as follows

3.3 is owed to Redwood + 30% premium if prepaid w/in 6mos that = 4.2mil.
not 10

if its not paid or there is a default on payments it reverts back to 5mil.
"AGAIN" not 10.

why would anyone follow your thinking when simple math continues to elude you?
