I would like to think the CEO is in the business of making the business profitable. The profits would raise the PPS. If he is in the business of raising the PPS then we are screwed as this would be a scam of a business. Much like hot potato, we would not want to be the last one holding the stock when the CEO decides the gig is up and sells his shares.
