Brother In Law effect kicking in......
People in the know as to what is happening
at the company are trying to sneek in......
but the MMs are not letting them.

ICOR is very volitale.....which is good for traders.....
and bad for anyone who is late to the party.

I've said it quite a few times.......if one is interested
in this company, they had better buy the dips as best they
can........any good PR will send this stock flying.
