Hi Curiousity, by googling I verified that Tritium oxide has a melting point of (4.49°C)

Do you have a source related to the concentration being parts per trillion coming out of a nuclear reactor? That seems extremely low...why would it even be a threat to humans at that level?

Sorry for being so skepical, but why didnt you bring up these issues when you first mentioned the patent?

Please also consider that there may be more patents that we don't know about yet creating a "patent nest"

It would seem to me it would be easy enough to conduct an experiment to verify the patent and I can't believe that such experiments haven't been done.
