A Drop caused by one trader not setting limits. Market Makers should be FINED/SUSPENDED for "Walking Down A PPS" under these conditions. I think it is THEFT. This caused a lot of STOP LOSS triggers to trip. Many of those STOP LOSSES didn't get sold because the SAME MM's skipped the PPS DOWN FASTER than the computers could act. Both cagey & CRIMINAL. Using technology's limitations AGAINST US should be outlawed. IT WON'T HAPPEN UNDER THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION. Investment banking dirty tricks and fraud has increased over the past 6 years because of these conditions.
