IMO all proxy items will pass...R/S will be 200:1 so say conboy issues out Max 500,000,000 it goes to 2.5M and say pps pre R/S is at $ .01 so it shows post R/S $2. new group will drop pps from $2 to say $.10, NEW shares will be issued, some PP maybe, financing ETC as IT IS ALOT easier to sell at .10, .20, .30 THEN it is at $1,$2,$3 with HD in new owners pocket they can soar and make big money...I will wait to invest with this group. Again, current investors/shareholders wiped out and even Conboy will take a back seat to someone BUT he will be rewarded which is all he will care about and well that's been his plan all along I would assume...he will retire, do some consulting and relax... who can blame him?
