My 2 cents are simple... The 10K Audited financial is still due by the 30th, unless the ask for an extension. With all that has transpired the extension is till August 13, 2013.

I, as part of the 3% of the entire company, am willing to wait till the 10K drops.

I am sure there are others with different motives but I am LONG on RVPL and I believe in the whole business
