I agree with you sir. Historically speaking, companies do not uplist unless they are in good financial shape. With that being said, the share price will be much higher before the uplist due to the company hopefully being (somewhat) profitable.

So it's safe to say, the uplist price will be much higher then the $1.25ish we are at now.
